Fascinating and practical training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Publication date: 02.11.2024

Yesterday we held a fascinating and practical training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) for philology students!

Together with our participants, with the support of the ShowUp4Health project, we analyzed in detail the basics of CPR, in particular:

  • Why is indirect heart massage important?
  • Why is it performed and what are its goals?
  • What are the signs to start CPR?
  • Why do you need to press on the chest and how to do it correctly?
  • How many hands are involved during compressions?

Students easily mastered theoretical knowledge and were able to practice their skills.

We are grateful to the ShowUp4Health project for their support and to the students for their active participation!
