It’s been 2 weeks since the InterFamily clinic launched a women’s health screening campaign, which gave us the opportunity to screen for cervical cancer in most of the women registered at the clinic, who for various reasons, and most often financial, postponed going to the gynecologist. We are grateful to our sister city partners from Corvallis for this wonderful opportunity. As part of this action, we conducted a Pap test by liquid cytology for IDP women, which allowed us to identify many problems together and start timely treatment. We sincerely believe that such campaigns are not a one-time event and we will continue to help women who need it so much.
