Psychological support in the “Mental Hugs” project

Publication date: 25.03.2026

Sometimes the most a person needs isn’t to “pull themselves together,” but for someone to truly listen to them, support them, and help them.

After posting the video about the 40+ Screening, we received a lot of comments:
“Why include a depression screening?”
“That’s ridiculous.”
“Who even conducts it?”

Here’s the answer 👇
Mental health is just as much a part of overall health as physical health. And it’s often the family doctor who is the first to notice changes and refer the patient to the right specialist in a timely manner.

Today, thousands of Ukrainians are living with:
• chronic stress
• anxiety
• emotional exhaustion
• depression
and don’t even seek help.

Our clinic has a whole team of specialists who provide that very “emotional support”:
psychologists, psychotherapists, and doctors—all working together to tailor the support to your specific needs.

Asking for help isn’t a sign of weakness.
It’s a step toward yourself.

Perhaps this video will encourage you to seek help, or share it with those who haven’t yet taken this important step.
