A hands-on training session for medical students who want to feel more confident in managing one of the most common clinical symptoms — lower back pain.
🔎 In this training session, we’ll cover:
• how to assess and differentiate the underlying causes of low back pain;
• neurological and lumbar examination—hands-on practice;
• exercises and practical strategies for managing patients;
• why chronic pain can persist even with minimal structural changes;
• the role of stress, anxiety, fear, and catastrophizing in pain;
• psychological approaches to managing patients with chronic pain;
• when a patient can be managed independently, and when a referral is needed—and to which specialist.
