💚 Since 2024, the “InterFamily” Clinic of the family medicine has been articipating in the international ShowUp4Health project, which aims to address the social and environmental determinants of health that contribute to an increased risk of non-communicable diseases in vulnerable groups, including Roma communities and internally displaced persons. The ShowUp4Health partnership consists of five countries: Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia and Ukraine.
💛 MiMIND aims to promote mental health and prevent mental disorders among migrants, refugees, and internally displaced persons from Ukraine through methodological support for integration and the provision of basic services (health care and social assistance, education, and employment), which are often the only contact and support for displaced persons in their new living environment.
💙 Thanks to the support of the Corvallis-Uzhhorod Sister Cities Association, the Interfamily Clinic is running a project called “Mental Health Circle”—free assistance for IDPs from family doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and psychologists. We are grateful to our partners who, together with us, give people care and hope. ✨
Non-governmental organization “Interfamily Space” is a community of people working for the health and well-being of Ukrainian families. We bring together specialists, experts, and concerned citizens to jointly develop a culture of prevention, support, and quality medical and non-medical education.
Our activities are based on the principles of openness, voluntariness, and transparency. We are not created for profit—our goal is different: to help people gain access to knowledge, support, and services that improve physical and mental health.
