Science never stands still, and we were honored to be a part of it. This year, Ukraine was represented by five reports on its own research. Our Dmytro Hryhorenko @doctor.hryhorenko was even recognized as having the best poster in his session ☺️

The enthusiastic support of our European colleagues inspires us to keep going. We met with our Spanish colleagues, with whom we worked on the Eurodata study on the impact of the pandemic, and discussed a new research idea. So now we will be working on a study on general practice training at universities.

The very pressing issue of quality indicators for primary care physicians was also discussed, as Yuriy Sich @sich_yurii debated with the international scientific community. This is because, especially in times of war, outdated indicators are losing their significance. Therefore, I am sincerely glad that there is an opportunity to work in this direction to improve them.

It is impossible not to mention the work of @englishwithkostia under the mentorship of the incredible Natalia Ponzell @dr_rheumatolog on choosing family medicine as a profession among medical students. I remember myself in my third year — a frightened child who did not yet fully understand how medicine works 😅 And I look at this young man who, despite his young age, confidently shows that science has no age limits.
