Health Programs for Low-Income Communities in Western Ukraine

Publication date: 15.06.2026

Over the past few weeks, the AdventRelief-Medical Care team in Ukraine has carried out highly successful health programs for low-income communities in western Ukraine that have very limited access to medical care.

Western Ukraine is currently home to more than 600,000 internally displaced persons who have fled the fighting in the east, and the local healthcare system is under strain.

This health program was made possible through a partnership with Dr. Pavlo Kolesnik and his outstanding team at Interfamily Clinic and Interfamily Space.

We would like to thank our volunteers, and especially Jessica Weiman from the Ukrainian nonprofit House of Compassion, for their help with this.

If you’d like to join our team in Ukraine later this year, please email us.
