\u2022 how to assess and differentiate the underlying causes of low back pain;
\n\u2022 neurological and lumbar examination\u2014hands-on practice;
\n\u2022 exercises and practical strategies for managing patients;
\n\u2022 why chronic pain can persist even with minimal structural changes;
\n\u2022 the role of stress, anxiety, fear, and catastrophizing in pain;
\n\u2022 psychological approaches to managing patients with chronic pain;
\n\u2022 when a patient can be managed independently, and when a referral is needed\u2014and to which specialist.<\/p>\n
